I really was kidding about the Wheel of Time. I tend to skim the books when I actually want to enjoy them, skimming most of the slow parts... which usually means flipping past 200 pages or more at at time...

Amazon: The world's greatest bookstore! If don't know what shipping to your location is like, but there were used copies for around $0.71(plus S&H) when I bought my copy online last night.

My library has 1, 2, 3, and 7... the problem is, I might not have time to read them, unless I'm begging for a way to procrastinate on homework. I'll try, if not, I'll read them later!

They don't do used book sales for Israel?
that's wierd, used books should be as available as new ones, shouldn't they?

All you need is a used book seller who will ship to Israel -- doesn't have to go through Amazon. Try Alibris and ABE Books. And it's just USED books, right? I don't think there are shipping restrictions on new books.
Of course, the whole idea of putting shipping restrictions on USED books but not NEW ones is straight-up crazy to begin with ...

I need to get to the library rather badly - maybe I can get up there tomorrow. The one 5 minutes from my house doesn't have it, so we'll have to see. . .I hope I can still check out, I've probably got a huge fine XD
