[Talps]

Here’s a little idea that I’ve partaken in on another forum, and I thought we could give it a go here!

It’s a fairly simple concept; six victi- I mean volunteers, each make one panel (a single image) of a short, six-panel comic, and we see what happens! The twist is that each person only sees the frame of the one person before them, so they have to try and work out what’s going on and where to take it!
The aim is to have fun. You don’t need to be outstandingly skilful, and you can use any drawing tool you want; photoshop, pencils, traditional aborigine beetle dye… And we’ll all see at the end what sort of story we’ve made. This has been done three times before on the other site, and has been… fairly successful.


The Rules!

I take six people (aka. the first six people to apply here) to each make a panel of a comic.
The first person makes the first panel of the comic based on a theme stated below. Once finished, they send their panel via PM to me, and to the second participant.
Person number two makes the second panel of the comic, carrying on from the first panel. Then they send ONLY THEIR PANEL to player three, and to me.
Player three finishes their panel, and sends it to me and to person four.
Repeat until all six people have sent me their panels!
I put ‘em all together and post the result here for all to see. Hopefully it’ll be quite funny; if we’re really lucky, there might even be a plot in their, too.

Pictures can be made in any style; you don’t have to use the same method as the person before you, as long as the story follows on!
Your picture can be any size, but less than 1000x1000 pixels.
You must not pass your panel onto anyone after you’re done, except me and the next person in line. Also, you must not discuss your panel with anyone else, until the comic is finished.


So if you’re interested in taking part, post here and declare your intentions! The first six people can choose where they want to be in the order (first, fourth, sixth, whatever).
If you want to take part but all the places are filled, don’t despair! I can put you on the waiting list, so if anyone drops out, you can fill in.
I’ll join in too if we really need any more people.

The theme of the comic, which was chosen by asking someone for the first word to come to their head, is… ‘Soup’. So person number one has to make their comic inspired by soup - other than that, it can be whatever they want!

The only one you rushed was me, and I am pretty sure that you have been punished enough for it. . No more talking from me about this till it’s done.

On a side note I have yet to send it to Talps as they are participating and I do not want to ruin the flow. Talps let me know when you’re finished or there is a 6th person, then I'll send mine onto you.
