Neither CDs nor Laserdiscs were ever locked with any kind of key, turning or not.

Yes, it's a DVD. Locked because the video data is actually encrypted, unlike CDs or laser discs.

Blu-ray would fit too.

Therefore, I propose that the two of you arm wrestle to see who actually gets to come up with the next riddle.
