I think Jesus was actually born in 4 BC too, so we're all 4 years behind! _________________ He who does not eat cheese will go mad. ~ French proverb.

Not quite, Tinu. The Earth has completed 18 orbits around the sun since you were born, therefor you are 18 years of age. _________________ . Dubbed "Usagi" by AsA .

I thought Jesus' actual brithday was meant to be sometime between mid-October to mid-November - I forget the exact date. The actual celebration of Christmas was placed closer to the traditional Mid-Winter Equinox festivals, though I will have to consult Q.I. on this one, as I'm sure they covered it in a Christmas edition.
Though I am aware that the Orthodox Church celebrates Christmas on the 4th or 5th of Janurary. _________________ Bernard [about the job]: The pay's not great, but the work is hard.

You know what? I would forget whenever his birthday was anyways, so I'll just have to express my piety in other ways. Like, adopting babies or something crazy like that. _________________ Fall down seven times, get up eight. --Japanese Proverb

Usa: Haha, I know, I'm just being silly. It's a stupid joke I always make with different calendars.
If celebrating Christmas is piety, then there are a lot of very pious non-believers out there. _________________ Keeper of Gaia and all the books on Earthsong

Ha, Nu. Pretty much the only time I'm pious is when the stereotypial 'Christmas' rolls around. The rest of the time I feel free to be perfectly hateful to rednecks. I am a horrific christian. _________________ Fall down seven times, get up eight. --Japanese Proverb

Heh, I practice 365 days a year and I'm still a horrific Christian. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a job requirement. _________________ Keeper of Gaia and all the books on Earthsong

"The fool believes that he is wise, but the wise man knows that he is a fool."
The fact that you recognize your faults shows that you have a more faithful idea of what being Christian is. Or, well, so my own beliefs would point at. I do not claim to be the be-all, end-all of such things. I'm not even denominational at this point... _________________ . Dubbed "Usagi" by AsA .

Once you're perfect; if such a thing is even possible; then that's it, that's the end - nothing left to aim for. Perfection is boring. _________________ Never forget,
