Ok, so I recognise Natah Fillion from Firefly but Dr Horrible and Penny, have they been in anything else Joss Wheadon's created? They look familar.

I don't know if Niel (Dr. Horrible) has been in anything by Joss, but he's a main character in How I Met Your Mother, and he stared in that 80's show about the teenage doctor. I'm not sure if that's what you mean by 'look familiar.'
Also, gotta love Moistman; that actor's great in Big Bang Theory, too.
