Oh, I'm around ... I've just been busy is all. I poke my head into the forum every couple of days, but I haven't been reading the posts very closely.

I'm taking a summer course in medieval history, which is actually really easy considering my background. It's mostly an administrative dodge. State law requires that I be enrolled for a class in order to be eligible for a summer "student" job. The job is a web development gig; I've been doing a lot of custom theme work on a large-ish Drupal installation. I've also taken out a couple of contract jobs doing more or less the same thing, only for different people.

I also spend a lot of time reading. I've gone on a Kage Baker kick after discovering "In the Garden of Iden", which was a fantastic SF novel I h eartily recommend to all and sundry.

Now, to bed. Got a meeting tomorrow with a woman bearing the improbable but delightful name of "Rainbow di Benedetto". Interesting combination of Italian and Hippy, no? ^_^
