I wish I weren't working tomorrow or else I'd be downloading the minute they relaunched. But I'm sure they'll be a surge of hits on the website, it might have died down by the time I log back on.

I am looking forward to it immensely. I got my contract in on Sunday and it's all ready to go. I wish I had something new to put up there for the global debut, but alas... I do not.
Happy downloading everyone! And thanks in advance to anyone who has/will download(ed) Earthsong! Those $.50 really add up quite well.

(I'm also looking forward to getting to download a few things myself. But I'm not gonna have time to until after my move... which is soon! Thank goodness.)

You can hardly expect them to renegotiate with the creators of all the copyrighted material they have up there. As I understand it they've added the support for world wide sales, I imagine the range of those sales will increase over the coming weeks and months as author's take advantage of it.

I apparently didn't have the right option clicked to allow for downloads... it's fixed now.........
But it still SUCKS. The download isn't free unless Earthsong has a direct sponsor now. And since I apparently don't have a sponsor, it costs $5 to download. Who is going to pay that for something they're already reading on their computer for free? (I wouldn't even, and it's MY comic).
I don't get any money for people just viewing it with their online reader either. So... it looks like I might be pulling out of Wowio if this doesn't get any better.
*le sigh* I was really enjoying that extra money too.
