Sunny, you did a very nice job explaining, though the playing pieces can be anything you care to use, like peanuts or M&Ms or what have you.

*guzzles the non-alcoholic eggnog* Yummy... my mother makes the best eggnog.

It can be horrorful if you coat it in ice and make a 'runway' of ice, and dust it with snow to hide the glimmer. That way, when the enemy tries to storm your 'simple' snow fort, they fall on their tushies!
