Hey everyone... does anyone know how I would go about renting a corset? Not one of those kinky types, but a real one. I want it for a costume in four months and I figured I get a head start, but I haven't seen anything of significance.

If anyone has any helpful information, I'd be much obliged!

Do a search for costume rentals in your local area. There's usually a couple shops and more than likely a theater group or two that will rent out their costumes. From personal experience however, the good stuff will cost you double what you'd wind up spending if you're able to make it yourself.

And I don't think there are many places that will rent you any kind of kinky attire. The cleaning costs alone would be... hefty >_<

Agreed with Sunny - ask a local theatre troupe. They'd be fairly likely to have something, especially if they've done something like The Importance of Being Ernest or the Pirates of Penzance sometime in the recent past.
