The notion of an Earthsong RPG was mentioned way back in the early days of the old forum, and then was recently brought back up in an introduction thread. It seemed like a good number of people are interested, and, well... so am I.
I've never participated in an RPG before but it seems like a really great way to flex ye olde writing muscles and just general fun to boot. I suppose I would be the GM though I have, as recently mentioned, NO experience, but I am the official expert on how Earthsong works (omigosh! Surprise!) - I would probably require a co-GM at the least though. We can work that out later.
So anyhow, I've put this thread up in the General Discussion area just so I can get a feel for how the forum as a whole feels about it. I'll move this thread to the Serious RPG section in a few days.

I previously had counted my RPG card as full, but given that the artist/writer herself would be GMing, how could I possibly pass this up?! I'm in! And any help you need with GMing, I'm happy to offer any knowledge I have.

lol, kidding, considering that I've mentioned how cool it would be on this account and the one that I had a long time ago, whose username I completely forgot. (If, by chance, any of you happen to have an idea as to what the username might be... lemme know, lol. Still trying to figure it out. Might switch back to it once I do, I dunno.) Anywho.
If you're still in the search for a co-DM, I'd be up for it. I've run several roleplays before, so I know how things generally go.

I don't think one RPG is nearly enough for me. I'm in.
It'd be cool to develope more members of the Guard, maybe even meet a few new races (*crosses fingers*).

I've not done an in-Forum RPG for like 5 years or so and I forget entirley what and how they work  . I do an RPG but thats with friends on a Friday when online and in a chatroom and forum.
Does anyone have like an idiots guide to RPG-ing in a forum? And how often do people post to it and... stuff. I am interested I just need to know like whats involved.

Look at our RP section. Should tell you most if not all you need to know. The rules we have in there will almost certainly apply.
