Off Topic: Why do they have to assume rain is a bad thing? I like rain. Heavy rain can be annoying but I like a good walk in the rain, and everything is so nice and refreshed afterwards.

On topic: One of my favourite Firefly quotes.

Inara: "What did I say about barging into my shuttle?"

Mal: "That it was manly and impressive?"

Inara: "Preceisly, except the exact phrase I used was don't."

Oh drat.

Well, a new one then!

Tonight is the one night where men, who have done terrible, terrible things to each other, can put all that aside, and work together, in the name of doing terrible things to other people. - Triple H

At the beginning of this year, I started a project on a different forum where I posted a new Sig Line every week, and they were all quotes from rock songs. Unfortunately, I blew it some time during summer and kept forgetting the new week's updates... Embarassed

Anyways, here's the full list of quotes I had planned to use throughout the year:

Nobody's gonna slow me down.
Like a wheel, gonna spin it,
Nobody's gonna mess me around.
Taken from Highway to Hell by AC/DC

Made me learn a little bit Faster
Made my skin a little bit Thicker
Makes me that much Smarter
So thanks for making me a Fighter!
Taken from Fighter by Christina Aguillera

Childlike – No one understands,
Jackknife – In your sweaty hands,
Some kind of innocence is measured out in years,
You don't know what it's like to listen to your fears.

Superstition plagued the air.
Sparks fly as the fires burn at midnight,

A land of leal under skies divine,
A constant glare, given to the heir.

Do you hear the clarion call?
It's calling out to one and all.

Who will walk the Golden Hall?
Taken from The Clarion Call by Falconer

What is your inner holy delusion?
Will stupidity be canonized?
Would the Prophet or the Messiah
Then really welcome you in?
Taken from Delusion by Falconer

I realized quickly, when I knew that I should,
That the world was made up of this Brotherhood
Of Men.
For whatever that means…
Taken from What's Up? by 4 Non Blondes

Brothers forever
Brave at heart, together we fight.
Holy in Heaven
We will march through space and time.
Taken from Hymn to the Brave by Freedom Call

Sometimes the Ace, and sometimes the Deuces.
Taken from I Am What I Am by Gloria Gaynor

Britland's quote reminded me of a Mass Effect line:
<Shepard preparing to set off a nuke>
LIARA- Oh my. Perhaps it would be wise to read to the intructions before touching anything.
ASHLEY- Heh. It's always a good idea to RTFM.
LIARA- What?

And now, Demotivators.

That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.

The journey of a thousand miles sometimes ends very, very badly.

The best leaders inspire by example. When that's not an option, brute intimidation works pretty well, too.

Attitudes are contagious. Mine might kill you.

If you're not a part of the solution, there's good money to be made in prolonging the problem.

In the battle between you and the world, bet on the world.

Dreams are like rainbows. Only idiots chase them.

Always remember that you are unique. Just like everybody else.
