I never really understood why we do this. The first thread won't be deleted, so why lock it? Not that I think it's a bad idea, I'm just curious.

And to Nu's comment in the other Today thread, every forumite get's a signed copy of Scarlet. When it's published, probably some years from now.

Today, well technicly last night, i had some help in reviewing my halloween costume for this year. The scale maille portions will be moved to the front rather then shoulders
Today i've begun work on my head dress, scale maille rocks!
Today my fav pair of chain maille making pliers broke T_T i've temporarily fixed them but i think my next order to the ring lord will include some shiney new pliers XD
Today i feel a bit less like the living dead ;P

Last night, I kind of started writing my own story. I kind of need to sort out a proper middle and end for the novel though because I don't have one at the moment... DX

Today I managed to get some drawing done though, which I was happy about.

Tomorrow I have to meet my best friend and her boyfriend for dinner/coffee/late afternoon snack.

Ooo.. shiny book someday! Yay!

Continuing today, I did some shopping, got myself 2 pairs of capris that are not jeans, 6 tops, some shampoo, conditioners, deodorant, and BottleCaps! Nom nom soda pop candy goodness...

Now all I need to shop for... is pajamas. I'd like a nice set of matching pj's for my trip at the end of the month. Mostly because I'll be spending 5 days in the same house with close to 8 or 10 other people whom I've never met, only talked to... Yay for KoL Con V! (Kingdom of Loathing is an awesome game... hehe)

Today there's only twelve days until I'm back in Scotland! ^_^

Today I reflect upon how much I've missed the sight of the affectionate haggis beast, (it's tartan and has six legs. It's also kinda stupid.)

Today I got my good deed in for the day, and that has drastically improved my mood.

Today the college appointed us our fourth man for the four man apartment, and it was quite a surprise. A young man from London, of all places! He has no TV or computer, as he flew over, and he just has one book and his duffel bag.

So I gave the guy maps I'd printed off, which detail the whole campus (and, to my knowledge, name every hall and building). I also gave him a $10 international calling card I purchased several months ago, and never got the chance to use due to cell phone limitations.

I'm feeling much better than I was this morning.

Today I feel about 10% more 'alive' than usual. More effective insulin will do that to you. Lots more energy, and I dont feel as tired as I have recently. All to the good, since they still cant tell me how or why I almost died last month *shivers*. Still not over that one.

Today it seems almost everyone else's day has improved as well. Yay for us!

Today I finished those minor edits and hopefully it'll be going off to a publishing agent tomorrow.

Today I went to the bank and exchanged our coppers for big people money.

And I ordered my dad a birthday present.

Today I was supposed to have a diving class but I feel kinda icky.
