It's all about learning to use your unique talents to your advantage. ADHD? Used it to multi-task my way to excell in school. Bi-polar? Recognize and ride the emotional swings, though exercise helps decrease their severity. Schizophrenia? Well, just...yeah, there really are no voices talking to me, and I did not actually just see a mythological creature.

| I've had a bad knee since I was sixteen and I'm so blind I can't see my hand in front of my face without glasses or contacts. And I don't have an appendix. Not too bad. |

Well, I'm not morbidly obese, but then there are people who would call 185 disgusting, and I've got pills for that, now!
I've have been diagnignosed with attention deficit disorder since I was 8, percucious puberty since 6, manic depression since 12, obesity kicked in around the depression, but that can be explained...
But I have to say that I have to agree with Tenshi on the food subject, it's just so good!
I think I might be diagnosed with schitzophrenia, though, if I actually told any of my doctors about them...
The sad thing is, they'll tell me things about people, and they're right; things I'd have no way of knowing on my own...
It is terrible when you are always right....or what you are informed almost always comes to pass...
Of course none but one I know here actually believes in 'spirits'... _________________ Hoffman icon courtesy of my very good friend, Isaymakebelieve, on LJ, check her out! http://community.livejournal.com/isaymakebelieve/

Eh, I've been diagnosed with a few things on the mental front but after three years studying the subject, (dropping it this year probably though,) I know more than enough about psychology to realise how flawed most assessments are, (or at least have the potential to be.) _________________ Never forget,

I don't need a doctor to tell my that I've got ADS.
I'm also mildly paranoid. The conspiracy-theory kind of paranoia.
Like, right now I've got this idea in my mind that Spegg' Spirits have probably told him tons of horrible (and partly true) things about me... _________________

Over-analysing again! All right, so I shouldn't be on my feet. Obviously, I must walk to the PT room. It's not like they could carry me!

AoPS: Omigosh, YES! I have a severely advanced case of AoPS. Very severe, and by the way, I don't think you'll want to hear about getting 're-shot.' It's boring at best, the whimsical fabrications of some weird girl at the worst. (I assure you though, getting a teflon coated bullet along your ribs is not easy to fabricate in any way, whatsoever.) _________________ Fall down seven times, get up eight. --Japanese Proverb

Nope, this is not me over-analysing!
This is me telling you to give your body that rest it needs to heal up properly!
Or Else!
You think your brothers and friends and doctors were bugging you?
You haven't seen me in action yet, lady!

Well, they could ...
... OK, now I'm over-analising!

Overanalysis is most fun when you're lying in bed, trying to sleep, and all you can think about is whether or not your role playing character will survive that botched roll you did JUST when everyone realized what time it was and had to go sleep. Good times, good times. *twitch*
Ponce, you'll have to get in line. I have so many people watching me out of suspicion and/or self-preservation it's not even funny...you can put those tiny microphones anywhere nowadays...
Obesity! I gained 50 pounds during my first year and a half in college, and that was AFTER losing the muscle mass I'd built up in high school. Now I'm heading back to the gym to regain what I've lost and lose what I've gained. Ironically, now I have to start eating more-I've only been eating one meal a day, and that makes your body store fat like nothing else... _________________ I love children...but I could never eat a whole one.

Nope, sorry Lope, I've been to enough teachers to train myself of certain things...
Although I am surprised that you didn't know that I was a girl...that seems to be happening more and more recently...

I can't remember reading any posts where your gender was actually mentioned ... which is not to say that I didn't read it, just that I don't remember...

Don't worry, I was, for the most part, pulling your leg.
When you joined, I think they said something about me not being able to bee too close of friends with you, well, rather, that I wasn't allowed....something about too much difference....and guilt.
But that wasn't me, it was them.
For future references, if I ever tell you anything that they told me, it was them and not me...good or bad... _________________ Hoffman icon courtesy of my very good friend, Isaymakebelieve, on LJ, check her out! http://community.livejournal.com/isaymakebelieve/
