My mother calls me disgustingly healthy. I was born with jaundice though. But a mild case - they didn't even have to put me under a light! =D

So what's going on here? Uhh...obviously, I have Lupus. *winces* And I've been shot...twice. But only one was bad. I've had Lupus...forever. So...yeah.

I got all my sickness out of me before I was 6. Overdose, two cases of dehydration, croup, plastic surgery and ear infections-and I haven't been even moderately ill since! Very Happy

Hm... I have heart arrythmia, deafness, bouts of vertigo which leaves me off balanced and stuck in bed from time to time... Nothing too big.

Astigmatism, heart arrhythmia, and I'm technically allergic to the bacteria the body produces to defend itself from all other bacteria. So, if I get a cut, it tends to hang around for a while, but other than that... :shrug:

I'm not getting into a mental illness discussion though. I'm one of those people that believe most mental illnesses (including obesity) can be overcome with sufficient willpower and dedication...

Examples? I used to have dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, bipolar, schizophrenia...and I think there was one more, but I forget.

It's all about learning to use your unique talents to your advantage. ADHD? Used it to multi-task my way to excell in school. Bi-polar? Recognize and ride the emotional swings, though exercise helps decrease their severity. Schizophrenia? Well, just...yeah, there really are no voices talking to me, and I did not actually just see a mythological creature.

Except with obesity. I'm still fat. My problem is, I love food. All food, I just...love it.

Except Chicken an' Dumplings...I know, I'm wierd.

*pious* I'm a vegetarian, on my way to becoming a vegan. *grins* I guess I have a weight-gaining problem. Don't get me wrong; I love food and I don't have an eating disorder, but I don't have much time to eat. Embarassed

And whenever I get sick, I don't keep any hard-earned fat, and my high metabolism burns it off as fast as I put it on! It's so annoying. And then Alex has the temerity to tell me to eat more!

I have very mild asthma (it only gets bad when I run or when I'm really cold) and I'm dyspraxic.
