Gargoyles have a special place in my world...but I'll take it into consideration. 
Rav: That's what I meant. :O Talents will never, ever go away. People will just run out of energy and need to eat/recover before using it again.
EDIT: And just for Rav, there will be some sky piratery.

Sky piratery?! Groovy.  Sounds like it should be interesting. How do the group know each other in this scenario anyway? Are they a contractor-like company or something along more moral lines?

Nem: In this scenario, everyone will be on the same team of treasure hunters. They'll have different motivations (greed, hoping to find that one artifact that can save grandma, etc) but they'll all be working on the same airship even if they don't necessarily want to treasure hunt. I assure you that we'll all be in the field in the first chapter, even if your character is not used to it. But no, they'll be a completely independent team, not working for a company.
Ace and Vi: I'll see if I can have some sort of background page up by the end of the week.
