The makeup advice goes well for guys, for sure. It's actually not uncommon for guys to put concealer on to hide their acne. It's uncommon for them to brag about it, but a lot of them do wear small amounts of makeup. _________________ Keeper of Zaebos' and Jormand's powers.

How could they not love and accept me instantly?
As for event-based excuses, try eventful.com for listings of many, many things. |
actually it'd be more like "while you work/cook/relax"
and I'm sure they'd adore you. By the way, I'm so using that site. Maybe we can find something halfway and all meet up.
=D
and actually most of the people at the park were pretty scruffy looking. . .but then again, it is a nature park.
My brother used to wear concealer - though I think most guys disguise it as acne medicine. . . _________________ Keeper of Gaia and all the books on Earthsong

My brother being one of those when he was 15/16. He kept pillaging my theatre supplies (since the majority of makeup I do have is for theatre) until we got him a better cleanser which cleared it all up.
In terms of job interview prep, all makeup throws back to the rule Mane introduced: Keep it simple.
Don't wear noticeably more than you would on a regular basis. I rarely wear make up, so I barely put on anything for interviews either. Just enough to make me look awake if I didn't get enough sleep the night before plus my usual lip balm. It needn't be a grand affair. ^__^ |

Good luck Tinu! Hope you get the job.
Job avaliablity here sucks big time. I've had numbers of interviews, but the only job I got in the end was the one that pays me about a hundred a week.

If you guys are getting together near the first day of August, I might crash the get together for like, 15 minutes, to say hello. I'm driving through those states (give or take) on July 31st/August 1st for a road trip I'm taking.
Edit: Erm, with your permissions of course. I'll bring chocolate? lol. _________________ . Dubbed "Usagi" by AsA .

I'll look for you Spegg. If all goes smoothly, that's where I'll be.
There or New Zealand. Although being 1/4 Australian, I don't think I would get a fantastic reception...
