i'll take a look at the linky when i have time later. But you should use the URL tag option up at the top of your screen essentially make your text look like this only use [ ] brackets rather then the { } brackets k

That will stop the insane breaking of tables that you have on the go there. and don't forget to use your actual http addy rather then the one i did
