Cont'd from the pictar thread.
As I said, I'm 19 but since I was little I've been mistaken for someone a lot older. I was thought to be 18 when I was 14 and suchlike. Just because I'm tall and I talk quite maturely. _________________ He who does not eat cheese will go mad. ~ French proverb.

I'm 19 and as I said off topic elsewhere I'm constantly being mistaken for much younger.
Examples, I started working in a charity shop a couple of weeks ago, so far all of the seven people I've worked with have assumed I was in high school.
I as trying on a blue shirt in a shop and the saleswoman said she had some makeup that matched the shirt, then she asked "if I was into makeup yet"
It can get annoying but since I don't smoke or drink I have no real need for any ID...and I get into the cinema fo cheap. _________________ Britland as dubbed by AsA

I'm 23, and yes, I am frequently mistaken for a 16 year old pixie. ><;;

I'm a rather short 19 but no-one ever mistakes me for someone young, or at least not to my face. _________________ Never forget,

I'm 22, though through most of my teenage years was mistaken for someone much older. When I was 13-18 I kept a completely full beard, and wasn't carded for just about anything. People just assumed I was around 26.
Now, so I'm told, I look my age. I think that's a good thing? _________________ . Dubbed "Usagi" by AsA .

OK, drumroll please...
... I'm 32.
But I look rather young, and apparently always have.
A couple of years ago (I must've been, like 24 or something) I was inline skating along the river. And I dicided to take the ferry to cross over. As I rolled onto the ferry's deck, the ticket clerk handed my a children's ticket (valid for youths up to the age of 16). _________________

Even though you're new, I still feel you fit right in.
Look on the bright side, you'll always look better than you aught. The only drawback will be when it's time to collect those senior coffees from McDonalds...
Age doesn't have so much to do with on-line life, thankfully. Since social groups and age groups are mostly physical constructs, the internet tends to break down those barriers and allow us all to communicate on a level playing field. On the interweb, you're only as old as your personality! _________________ . Dubbed "Usagi" by AsA .

As mentioned elsewhere, I'm two months shy of 18. When I was thirteen, people often mistook me for seventeen. Recently, I was out to eat with my sister (for her 21st birthday) and the waiter asked me if I wanted something to drink. People look at my sister and I when we're together and say "Now which one's older. . .?" I also frequently get mistaken for my sister on the phone. My dad also once thought he was talking to my mom when he was talking to me. All the girls in my family having red hair, being around the same height, and having identical voices can cause for a bit of an identity crisis. . . _________________ Keeper of Gaia and all the books on Earthsong

Woot i'm not the oldest, though not that far from it
I'm 30, though according to all the badminton gang i'm 23 and have been for the last 2 years. It's always fun to explain that it's darned near impossible for me to be that age and have University 3 degrees. LOL
The most fun i have with age is when Evil (my best bud) and i go to pubs/bars etc and decide that we're going to be "twins" for the night, she's 2 yrs younger then me. One time a girl asked our ages (we told her the real ones), then she asked if we were sisters (we do look a bit alike) and when Evil said "Yes we're twins" it honestly took the poor girl a good 3-4 min to realize how impossible that was. hehehe
I agree with Tenshi re age though, it's all about how you feel and behave on who to be friends with, not how old they are. It only reaches important wrt "dating" etc, and really then it's all just about age of majority and then preference... _________________ ---

I'm 17, but it looks like Tinu is younger by a month. People said I looked older when I was around 15-16, but now they say I look younger. I'm tall, but not gangly, so I can see where people would think I'm older. It's strange though, when I was around 9 before those growth spurts I was tiny and no one thought I wouldn't grow that much. _________________ Talked to a man who caught the
