The only thing I would add is no bunnying really, and I think we covered notifying the GM of absences fairly throughly.

Sorry I only speed-read the rules so you may have covered it. Basically it's taking control of another player's character without permission. I'm taking anti-biotics to clear up a tonsil infection so I'm currently hazy and far too verbose for my own good.

Like I said, I'm not feeling particularly well so my judgement may be skewiff. And while I agree it OUGHT to be blindingly obvious, it's probably best to take precautions as it did happen in Forum Mark 1 on an occasion or two.

only thing i can remember from the old rules that i didn't see in yours (might be there rushing this a bit lol) is we put a rule of how many rpg's you can have at one time starting (hopefully that makes some sense) Then again since this is starting out again you might not want to do this might want to seriously up to you

I don't think that we need a rule like that until we've got at least some games running well already.

i figured that but you did say "can think of anything I've forgotten" and thats the only rule i can remember from the old one that wasn't up there
