So I was wondering if any forumites would be interested in a themed, periodic visual arts group? (IE, this week's theme is space. Everybody's submission has to deal with space. It's kind of like the writer's group we had way back when, but art-focused.) There would be no limits on media (so photography, film, typography, and traditional art would both count); it would just need to be visual art.
If people are interested, what kind of time frame would give you the the best chance of completing a project? A week? Two weeks? I hesitate on drawing it all the way out to a month, but I totally understand that traditional art takes a while. Please vote in the poll if you're interested in joining! (Also, feel free to toss out ideas for this kind of art group!)
