It does rather look that way. Though of course if you're doubting your perception of reality corresponds to some external reference point the testimony of third parties is hardly to be relied upon.

Time zones are an amazing thing.
You know, the fact that there are LARGE time zones for hours means there must be smaller time zones for minutes, and even smaller ones for seconds, and then smaller for milliseconds, picoseconds, femtoseconds!
From which it is very easy to prove that no two people ever exist at exactly the same time, no matter how close they are to one another.
