I encountered this error while programming:

I figured out how to fix the error, but I'm curious about that constant name, T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM. It looks like Hebrew to me. Tamir? Asa? Does that make any kind of sense to either of you?

A quick google search indicates that it is, indeed, Hebrew.
It's been transliterated, and according to Google Translate the actual lettering is פעמיים נקודתיים, meaning "double colon." (aaannd it's weird sticking the comma at the beginning of the phrase, there.)
