There's a quote I can't quite remember well enough to just punch it into Google in quotes to find who said it--or even the attribution. This annoys me slightly, because it means I can't attribute it correctly on my big Word Document o' quotes. So I'm hoping someone else recognizes it.

Incidentally, you might want to turn your irony sensors down a bit.

What I remember of it goes something like, "What's the point of a good quote if you can't misquote it?"

Any ideas?

It's from Doctor Who. Well, I don't know if that's where it's from originally, but it's apparently said in the series. I can't find anyone else who's supposed to have said it.
