Awesome  I always love these userbars -- some of the nicest ones I've seen 
Now here's hoping they actually show in my sig....since nothing else doesn't D8 EDIT: Apparently now they do. Huh xD
We're supposed to upload them to our own server, right?

Woah, must have been a lot of work to make all these. The Anti-Alarm one literally made me LOL. Did you make them from scratch or did you use the Userbar designer online?

NAAN: You can either upload to your own server or you can just use the links I've provided. If photobucket ends up not showing them because there's too much traffic, I may need everybody to upload it to their own servers...but for now, feel free to mooch.
Asenath: I made them all from scratch. I like having a template to work off of, but I don't like being confined to it. And don't worry; this summer, as I go through the archives, I'll be sure to catch other LOL moments like anti-alram.

Hm.. wow that's a lot of userbars o.O They're really nice and I'd consider using them if possible? (though I may have a hard time deciding which one!)
Okay... now... a stupid question... What exactly are they for? >.< And how would you go about using them?

You're thinking of a locked or dead thread, I think--and don't worry. Locked threads are impossible to post on, and stickies don't exactly die.
The userbars go in your signature. There are a few ways to put them there, but I'd say the simplest would be to figure out which one, if any, you want; count to figure out which it is, hit quote and then copy/paste the proper one into your signature.

I never made a Poodle Fan - though that's certainly not a bad idea! These userbars are rather old; you may notice that Alyss is still called Tehmel, and she's green.
I'll go ahead and make one sometime in the next week.

I did notice that actually. I thought it was done on purpose, like if you were a fan of the older version of her. Oops ^_^
