Taggerung was what was out when I first started reading them. It's also one of my favorites.
I think Taggerung is actually about the point where they started getting repetitive. There weren't very many good ones after that (Though Rakkety Tam is fun, it's nothing we haven't heard before). _________________ Keeper of Gaia and all the books on Earthsong

D'you remember the tv show? There used to be an animated version too, though I only caught two episodes, I think. I always thought it would be really, really neat to build a scale model of Redwall Abbey. You know, figure out how tall the animals are in real life, then figure out from context how big the buildings would be. _________________ Self-styled Forum Grandmother, because I hand out nicknames and hugs whether you want them or not. ^_^

The tv show is actually what got me to read the books. I wanted to watch it, but my parents have drilled in me the notion that one should always read the book before seeing the movie (or show, in this case), so I read Redwall and loved it. I liked the show a lot too, and would monopolize the television for however long on Sunday afternoons.
I'll admit to considering it once or twice. Though, what always confused me (at least about the tv show) is that the horse in the beginning of Redwall was normal-sized, as was the cart, which indicates that there are humans. I always wanted to know where they were. The ditch outside the abby also seems normal-sized, considering you can hide an army in it pretty effectively, and they have to vault over it.

Building a replica would be awesome. ^^ _________________ Keeper of Gaia and all the books on Earthsong

Oh my gosh, I'm such a dog person and I just melt when I see puppies. I just aw at kittens.
But you think cats are smart? Heh. Just watch America's Funniest Home Videos, they're actually more smug than anything else XD _________________ Yo.

Smug cats are funny.
I'm a cat/kitten person, so there you go.
On a slightly related to poll note, my sister thinks old Shatner looks like a cat, so yeah. _________________ Dubbed Langhorn by Asa
