Probably money. I imagine there's a "registration fee" involved.

Feh. When any company asks you for money before they've hired you, the correct procedure is to laugh in their faces and walk out.
We have a similar policy for any company who asks for a photo with the application form. Their motives are impure and they will get nothing from us.
