Im having Avvie issues, but I suspect thats on my end rather than the forum, so I'll hammer on that some more *breaks out the big 'fixing' hammer*

Having the logo link to the index of the site (or in this case, the index of the forum) is a well established convention of web design. People expect it. If there's a logo and it's not clickable, it invariably causes momentary disorientation. It's like drawing detailed backgrounds, Lady -- no one ever notices if it's there, but absolutely everyone notices if it's not.

And I think I know what you're getting for your next birthday. So there.

I would have thought it's more natural for the logo to take you back to the main Earthsong page, not to the forum index.

Is there any chance we could get a spell-checker for posts. Im embarresed to admit it, but I'm getting worse with my typing, and having to constantly edit my posts to be legible is annoying. While I *could* just pay more attrention to the keys, or type slower, a spell-checker would be nice. Just a suggestion Smile

I like the colors because they might remind me to water my plants this summer. Maybe they'll make it to the fall this year...*crosses fingers*

The only thing that's throwing me off is the narrowness of the whole thing. >.> If that makes sense. Makes hunch my shoulders together unconsciously for some reason.

The forum icons could use work. They're very difficult to tell the difference between new and no new posts. A small amount of shiny and minor color brighten...just isn't enough of a contrast. The icons in the forums themselves are red, and it works, but the ones on the index don't.
