You mean the delightful Ralph Fiennes?

How about Sean Penn for Tristam
Dakota Fanning for Tengu
Maybe Jenne Decleir (Belgian actor) for Zaebos
(unfortunatly I couldn't find a decent picture of him)
I could see Johny Depp doing him as well.
I'd go for Laura Verlinden for Willow (go go Belgian actors) (somewhat shy- and timid-looking, but really expressive eyes.)
.... thinking about it, I think I could make most of the cast for the movie from Belgian actors... Sien Eggers for Earthsong, Phaedra Hoste for Gwendolyn, An Miller for Felluca,...
(crappy foto I know.)

Ben Stiller as Jormand? He IS funny, but is he hunky enough? You need someone with more "man-ly chin". Someone like Justin Hartley. He's even in the water already! (Yes, I was tempted to say 'David Bowie', but I've begun to realize that's my solution to everything.) _________________ My printer thinks it's some kinda guitar hero because it won't stop jamming.

Justin Hartley has my vote.
John Barrowman, perhaps? He has a similar chin and can play a very good promiscuous hunk.

I bet Grace Park could play Nanashi. I don't know if she knows anything about martial arts, but she's definately got the acting ability.
Shame on Pants for not recommending the entire cast of Galactica. _________________ ...In accordance with the prophesy.

In Maniel's defence, I don't think the John Barrowman one counts, since he's topless or in various states of undress in MANY promo shots for Doctor Who and Torchwood. He's pretty infamous for it in the UK, but he's clearly comfortable enough in his own skin to play Jormand. _________________ Bernard [about the job]: The pay's not great, but the work is hard.

Most movie fighting is about learning how not to fight; so in a sense if she doesn't know how to fight she's already got an advantage _________________ Never forget,
