Spiffy Art Piece

Hey all,

I just got this new piece in my deviantWatch and I wanted to share it with you. It's maybe not quite as spiffy as the Twisted Princesses, but pretty awesome in it's sketchy glory.

The best part is at the end (it's a really LONG sketch dump). You've just gotta see the amazing art at the end. Seriously. Teh Lady commandeth you.

The art reminds me of Disney's Anastasia. I like this artist. Does s/he draw a webcomic that I could read?

She doesn't do a webcomic as far as I know, but I wish she would. She's got an incredible cartoony style that I'm rather envious of.

[Edit: PS Disney didn't do Anastasia - I believe it was Warner Bros. but I can't be bothered to check]

Not WB, Fox actually. One of their only two animations (Titan A.E. being the other one). Both didn't quite live up to their potential, but Squee likes both of em Wink

As for the sketch dump...Shame on the Lady for rick rolling us all!

(Totally keeping an eye on this artist though XD )

Yes, those were Bluth's work; he did head the Fox Animation studio for a while. Anastasia was really the pinnacle of his career, as not only did it do MUCH better than his previous work, but Titan kinda bombed afterward and he really hasn't done anything of note since.

I had just recently noticed that Anastasia and Titan look like almost the same movie, only one of them is in space. Thank you for the info!
