I'm thinking about whether it's worth it... nobody's doing anything much. It's all your GM posts, Usa, and a few of us making statement posts that yes, we're here.

Should we keep struggling to continue this, or let it die? Usa, if you have a whole plot for this, I think it'd be neat to see it all in story format, how you'd want to go. Especially if we all decide the game is past its prime...

Oh dear. Now I feel like I've insulted everybody. Sorry...?

Well, there are some people MIA too... The holidays are a busy time, you know? Plus we lost three people with I took over, far as I can tell. Cut us down to three players and the GM, which kind of hamstrung the whole effort.

I'm holding out hope that we can get back on track, as I'd rather not write out the whole story. I much prefer to play and GM...

All the same, if the consensus is to let it go, then I'll follow the wishes of the players and move on to other game ideas I had. I enjoy Bering, but the important part is that the rest of you enjoy it too.

Well, I for one have been eagerly looking forward to progressing this story. Having a slow posting pace is fine by me, as I tend to be really busy in real life, but Bering's story itself is one that strikes me as having a TON of potential, if people would just put a tiny bit more effort into being involved.

I feel about the same as sunny, about post-frequency, that is. The problem is, we're in an action scene now; not a lot to do between GM posts. If we can push through this though, I think it'll turn out okay.

That'd be fine, but this is SO slow that I've lost my grasp on the character. I think it'd be best to kill of Leah and let Mike take over, since he signed up with the same abilities...

Besides, this half-and-half scifi is really really hard for me to get a handle on.

I have an idea for my future posts, that should I hope make things bit better for each individual. I also think I approached GM/player interaction improperly, again due to my experience having been all in real time. So, I've got an idea or two that I want to try, and I think they'll help. Mmm... now to wait for signal again so my phone can post this... Mad

Perhaps... I'm not big on collaborating on characters, but I might need to for Leah. I have to find time first. On my list of responsibilities, the RPG falls somewhere after editing jack's story, and before cutting my hair.

So while we wait, does anyone have general suggestions for what's expected with this genre? Any clues as to whereabouts and possible courses of action?

'Kay, I wanna get Gibbs's attention and move down the hall. My instinct is to say something to the effect of, "Hey you, a little help here?" But that would require actually knowing what I'm doing, and I don't. Any suggestions for what to keep in mind?
