There's a reason the Lady is redoing these pages. She's improving them. You might as well say goodbye to the old ones.
I think the line was "my home", but it matters not. |

I realize she is improving them, it was just simple curiosity towards the old line, since she herself mentions it in the post. _________________ "I can believe anything, provided that it is quite incredible" Oscar Wilde |

I think his first word was along the lines of "PKHSSSSSSSS!!!!!"

I didn't mean it as a comparison to his first line in the original, just his character in general.
But I do believe that Tam's right... Willow, speaking to herself asks, where am I? and Tristram answers, My home.
WAIT... he had dialog in the forest when he was chasing her. So really, his first line was "I think not my dear" or something lame like that. _________________ Keeper of Nanashi's Vambraces and the Amethyst Trees.

Well, yeah, but Ecyllan was referring to the first cave line. |

Trissy was really melodramatic in the original, therein lies the humour. _________________ Britland as dubbed by AsA

In fact, there was a spin-off fan made series of "journal entries" made by him, putting him in an everyday life situation. Didn't we nickname him "Vampy McEmoPants" or something...?
The switch from melodrama to...well, not sure what to call this Tristram, it was pretty hard to really swallow at first. Now, though, I really dig the new guy and can't wait to see how he turns out to be. Will he try to SAVE Willow and deny his masters? Will he lament his situation and how much Willow reminds him of [Spoiler edited, heheh]...
Can't wait! If you are curious though, I can go dig out my Vol I paperback of Earthsong and see if it covers all the way up to this point (It shouldn't have redux pages this far along, I don't think). _________________ . Dubbed "Usagi" by AsA .

Vampy McEmopants! I remember that guy! Hee! Oh, to laugh at the angst again, although I do like the way his new character's shaping up, seems more believeable as a character to me and has more depth. Plus this new disaffected Trissy can have a lovely breakdown scene when he reveals SPOILER!! ^_^ _________________ He who does not eat cheese will go mad. ~ French proverb.
