I wonder what I'm going to have to do now to get an honorable mention. I bet it would have to be something even more self rightious, and more bold than my first post to get this kind of attention again.....

Teh Lady is awesome and often refers to us forum goers on her front page, so you're not alone in this category.

I think until you've been mentioned on the front page 5+ times, been thanked for your contributions in the next published edition of Earthsong, created a deviant art page that teh Lady now uses, had a character named after you, been featured as a vote incentive on TWC, AND had the Lady name her first born after you, then you can win the competition to claim front page bragging rights.

(Yes, these things have all happened to people on the forum. I'll admit I'm confused why LY thinks my name is Charlie.)

And, um, I hate to burst your bubble there devilman, but I'm really not thinking of you when I write anything regarding politics on the main page. I like to take at least a passing interest in politics in general and I feel strongly that people have an obligation, not just a right, to vote. Thus my comments.
