Lady, is there any particular reason you post the pages to the web in a smaller size then the one you work in? Because I really enjoyed seeing the extra detail in the vote incentive. Would it be possible to up-size the pages in the future?

Sorry, thought I'd already replied to this one.
Anyhow, the reason I don't put the pages up at a larger size is 1. download time for the poor suckers with dialup, 2. I put higher res ones in the Wowio pdfs as incentive to download, and 3. Sometimes they don't look all that great at a higher res!
The web version of the pages are about 1/4 the size that I work at them. Maybe a bit larger, I can't remember.

| All you really need is a US zip code and a "real" email account. So try looking up some US zip codes if you've already got email through school or a business or something. |

I tried that, but when you go to register using that, it already knows that you're from a foreign country. You get a new page telling you about it and everything. So us unfortunates download anything from wowio. Which is a shame, since it's a fantastic service. ;-; |

Mm, Wowio uses some form of IP address examination to see if your ISP is located in the US.
This can be evaded, but the ethicality of doing so is dubious at best...

I'll have you know we only got broadband in our house just before Christmas of 2007. ><
Though I hope WOWIO opens up in Japan or the UK very soon, it'd be awesome to see GIANT DETAIL Earthsong.  |

Yah, I know plenty of people with dialup, they go use library computers, or, no videos or big pictures.... Someone in my class doesn't even have internet.... -__-;;

We've ostensibly got broadband at home, but Plusnet are so incompetent that the connection reaches 24k on a good day. Even dial-up is 96k! Useless bunch of rishin fashin shmizzin

Well... *cough* I wouldn't really call it "giant detail" ... I think they're about 1/4 the size that they're worked on, vs. the 1/8th that the web versions are.
