you could run to the end of your chain and stay there - if they're both seven feet long, then you should have the length of the bed between you and the raptor, so he shouldn't be able to reach you.

Well, the raptor could pull the bed towards you, and if you keep backing away you'll end up hitting a wall. But anyhow, the raptor's length may make up for the bit of extra space you have.

I would try to trip him with the chain and wrap it around his legs. I'd love to beat him with my own chewed-off arm, though. That'd teach him. XD

Sounds pretty realistic for me.

I wonder if it would be possible to push the velociraptor against the wall using the bed. But I guess they had very strong legs.
