I think the only cafeteria food I ever eat is french fries. _________________ If you're reading this, you haven't quite made it to the next post. |

My town has more restaurants then it does any other type of shop, so I can't limit "local diners/cafeterias" much... Everything that isn't fast food is overpriced, but good. We have two restaurants with really good burgers (blue cheese, caramelized onions, no salad please!) _________________ Dubbed Cube by Asa

My favorite restaurant is for sure Ruby Tuesdays, because I eat there after I've been walking around the Mall of America for hours, and that makes their food go from tasty to devine! _________________ If you're reading this, you haven't quite made it to the next post. |

Battery Park is my fave place to eat at home, it's a health food/fair tade juice bar so the food is pretty limited but they make the best smoothies and I love the cream cheese and ham bagles they do.
And the home made cakes...so yummy...great, now I want cake. Thanks mato! _________________ Britland as dubbed by AsA

Health food is nice for lunch and stuff for me, but usually typical health food fair just doesn't fill me up come dinner. _________________ If you're reading this, you haven't quite made it to the next post. |

Gah, I've just been drooling in the univsersity bookshop, for weeks they have nothing that interests me and then I come back on a whim and there's loads I want to to buy!
I managed to walk out with just one book though, it's a collection of short stories by George Martin. _________________ Britland as dubbed by AsA

Eh? Food talk? Lemme just say, when I was a kid, I baked cookies and my twin used them for ice-hockey practise. They didn't break. With that clarified, just think what a dreadful cook I am. My freakin' twin brother is the cook of the family, and when he was here, I actually ate good vegetarian foods, and not raw vegetables. Hmm...maybe I should invite him over more. _________________ Fall down seven times, get up eight. --Japanese Proverb

What's wrong with "brothers" cooking, eh?
I am quite a stunning cook, thankyouverymuch >:0
If I ever invite you over for sauteed shrimp and linguini alfredo, maybe some home made bread... prepare yourself mentally and emotionally to fall in love. I'm serious, it's that good.
I should call that my "Third Date" meal. I've only used it a few times, though >.>; _________________ :: I'm six foot four, an all-American guy, and handsome and talented as well! :: |

Oh Mato, you have to rely on your cooking to secure a date? Harsh, man, harsh. As for my feministic stereotyping of 'brothers not being able to cook' I must beg forgiveness. Don't you know how hard it is to live in the shadow of a culinary-master chef day-in and day-out? Let me tell you, it's agony, absolute agony.
No seriously though, Alex IS an awesome chef. As for home-made bread, I can't possibly fall in love with yours, because I'm already in love with Alex's. Sorry. And I don't do shrimp. Not that I'm saying that yours isn't delicious!!
Now: to another off-topic order of business. As you all [don't] know, my birthday is coming up. [*cough* October 31 *cough*] So if anyone wants to get me a freakin' awesome gift, [AVATAR PLEASE] go for it.
You'll have my eternal gratitude and extra horsey pics! ^_^ Just a wee avvie... _________________ Fall down seven times, get up eight. --Japanese Proverb

So here's a funny story I've been meaning to post for a while. The TV bill came a couple of weeks ago and my mum noticed that it was more than usual, so she read through the bill and realised that a five pound charge had been added for a 'service'. Meaning that someone had bought a film or possibly something like a fight or football match.
So she asked Cath if she had bought anything because Cath is a big sports fan, but no, she had not paid for anything. Mum knew it couldn't have been me or either of my sisters because we were all away at university the date the service had been bought.
She rang virgin media, our cable company, and told them that she hadn't bought anything and the guy at the other end told her that a film had been purchased using her account. We think that someone might have hacked our cable box or something because we know that none of us bought it.
And the best part of the story? The film is apparently a film of the naughty variety. _________________ Britland as dubbed by AsA

Flight delays. Anyone else every been delayed 24 hours? It's really frustrating, even if they do manage to find you a hotel. I'm so happy to be home XD.
And brit, that's obnoxious in a hysterical way XD _________________ If you're reading this, you haven't quite made it to the next post. |
